The Craft of Writing Novels for Young Readers

PLEASE SIGN UP WITH PAYMENT AT THE BLUE BELL CIRCULATION DESK

Description: Hosted by local author, Eric Bell. Find your voice as a "kidlit" author. Begin writing your chapter book, middle grade, or young adult novel. We will cover concepts such as plot, character development, and voice, as well as ways to help you read critically (and become a more critical writer). Enjoy a hands-on approach as you engage in writing prompts designed to educate and spark the imagination. Come away with a greater understanding of how to write for young people!
