Part-Time Circulation Desk Attendant Position
Hourly rate is $13.
Wissahickon Valley Public Library
Main Library 650 Skippack Pike, Blue Bell, PA 19422
Ambler Branch 209 Race Street, Ambler PA 19002
Mondays 5-8 PM at Ambler
Tuesdays 3-8 PM at Ambler
Thursdays 1-5 PM at Blue Bell
Rotating weekends, approximately 1 Saturday 9:30-5 a month at BB or Ambler, and 1 Sunday 12:30-4 a month
This is an on-going job, not a summer/temporary position.
Answer patron questions, circulate materials using LEAP software, assist patrons on the computer, answer phones, take payments, open & close the library. Experience with LEAP software is a plus, but not required. Experience with tablets and smart phones is important. Attention to detail is vital. It is a physically active job.
Minimum requirements:
- high school diploma
- successful completion of state background checks
