T'ai Chi

T'ai Chi is a low impact exercise for adults that helps with balance, motor skills, and maintaining calmness throughout the mind and body. This class is for students who have done T'ai Chi before and would like to continue their exercises with Dr. Findeisen.

No registration required!

Cost for Beginning classes: 8 weeks for $56 (no drop-in's after first class)
Session: April 27 to June 22. No class May 25, Memorial Day.
