T'ai Chi is a low impact exercise for adults that helps with balance, motor skills, and maintaining calmness throughout the mind and body. This class is for students who have done T'ai Chi before and would like to continue their exercises with Dr. Findeisen.
No registration required!
Cost for Continuing and Intermediate classes: 8 weeks for $60 (drop-ins are welcome at $8 per class.)
Session: January 19 to April 6. No class on President's Day, February 16 or March 2 because of the Spring Book Sale.
Snow Closings: Jan 19, Feb 23.
