The Home Front During World War II
Presented by American History Instructor David Hudiak, J.D.
This presentation stresses how the American people pulled together with various sacrifices during the war to defeat a common enemy.
The contrast between that era and today’s divisive times is striking and gives hope that perhaps we as a people can “come together” again.
People impacted by memory issues and those caring for them are
invited to attend Memory Cafe at Ambler.
These events will be held once a month and provide an opportunity
for people living with dementia to socialize with new friends, enjoy
refreshments and participate in a variety of activities in a safe and
welcoming setting.
