Trauma‑Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) offers a gentle, choice‑driven practice that welcomes every body—no prior experience required.

Participants explore breathing, movement, and rest in a safe, hands-free environment, whether on a mat, chair, or standing.  Over time, the class supports greater body awareness, self-acceptance, and the ability to stay present and honor your own pace.

All are welcome.

Bring your own mat. Chairs are available.  $10 drop in or $60 for eight week session.

The fall yoga schedule begins Monday, October 6 and runs through Monday, December 1.

About trauma sensitive yoga:

There is no prior yoga experience is necessary; TCTSY trauma sensitive yoga is open to
everyone regardless of physical ability. All bodies welcome!

TCTSY can be practiced standing, sitting (in a chair or on the floor), or lying down.

 

Who should attend
