Photography Club at Ambler

Wissahickon Valley Public Library - Ambler Photography Club and Workshops

We meet every Tuesday at 6:30 to enjoy and share other photographers’ interests and failures in the wonderful world of photography.

Local photographer George Johnson shares his knowledge and experience as a photographer since 1978. We will watch tutorials and learn more about camera settings (35mm film, digital and cell phone photography). This is a club and everyone’s a cell so let’s make this grow.

Integrate for Good

Please join us at the main branch in Blue Bell weaving mats every 1st and 3rd Tuesday from 10 - 11:30 am.

The most popular project is the Sleeping Mat Project. This project uses recycled materials and plastic bags to create mats for those in need. To create a full mat it takes approximately 12 hours and hundreds of plastic bags.

Integrate for Good is a nonprofit organization dedicated to reshaping the narrative around disability by empowering individuals with disabilities to contribute their talents and by fostering reciprocal relationships with communities.
