Certified grief counselor, Denise Paul, provides readers with a safe space to talk about their feelings. She has written a book called "Pockets Full of Feelings", which is designed to help children understand that having mixed emotions is not only okay, it's completely natural. This book is a supportive guide for helping children sort through their complex feelings after the loss of a loved one.
